Order-confirmation:
All orders are automatically confirmed via e-mail and you will within a maximum of 10 working days receive notice via e-mail, if a problem concerning your order should arise, e.g. a shortage in stock.

We do, however, experience med Google’s G-mail, which may sort our order-confirmation out through their spam-filter. Users of G-mail needs to be aware of this current problem.
Orders to be paid via ‘girokort’-payments, e-banking or via check, will be stored for a span of 10 days from the placement of the order, after this period of time, they are automatically deleted and null and void.

We use a payment-gateway-service from “Fribetaling”. Communication through this gateway is tested by PBS. Any and all data concerning your card is 100% encrypted before any communication takes place.
 
If we are not capable of delivering your whole order, for any reason, we may reduce payment to match the new order. We are, however, not capable of adding to the order or the cost hereof.
 
If you wish to place your order via telephone, payment can take place via a bank-transfer to us as recipient, using the following information:
